Our Process
Our bespoke garden rooms are hand crafted from sustainably sourced timber and materials and are expertly designed and built in a way which takes customisation to a whole new level.
When you instruct Everbuild Developments you get a turn key build, there is nothing you need to do, there are no other trades you need hire, once we complete our work your room is ready to use.
Before
After
We clear the entire area, we install a reinforced concrete base, then comes the building of the structure.
We build the frame from either timber or steel with steel fast becoming our preference, it is stronger, straighter and longer lasting.
After the timber roof is built it is covered with a rubber roof product which comes in one full piece with no joins which means the likelihood of any leaking in later years is eradicated.
The structure is then insulated throughout, this means the buildings stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
We then clad the building in high quality Siberian Larch which once stained is a beautiful timber.
Then come the doors and windows. Any type of window or door can be installed, bifold, sliding, fixed, moveable, whatever your need we can provide the solution.
Once the doors and windows are in we move indoors.
Our electrical team then do their first fix in wiring the building throughout. This is when we discuss exactly what you need in the building in terms of sockets, light fittings, internet.
Next any internal walls are erected and all walls and the ceiling are plasterboarded and skimmed by members of our plastering team.
Second fix of electrics then takes place and the building really starts to feel like a useable space.
After that the flooring goes in with choices of carpets, luxury vinal or gym mats.
The room is then decorated throughout.
All then remains is for us to give you the keys and you can use your garden room as you wish.
