What We Do
Everbuild Developments is owned and managed by Sam Biggerstaff and Stuart Weeks who together run a small friendly team of builders and landscapers with experience in all levels of domestic and commercial building work.
We cater for all elements of extensions, conversions and bespoke garden rooms. We work with customers, architects and interior designers to deliver a high quality of workmanship. Working from technical drawings we can advise on planning permission and all other requirements to ensure our clients get the solution they require.
We work with homeowners, designers and businesses to build any structure.
New build properties, extensions, garden offices or gyms.
We also offer full landscaping services including driveways, patios, decking, artificial grass and fencing via our sister company Everblades.
Sam Biggerstaff
Sam is a knowledgeable and highly organised individual who is your first port of call to discuss your plans and requirements in your home or garden. A family man raised locally in Pinner has been in the building industry for the last 10 years following a change of career to enable him to have a greater work life balance.
Stuart Weeks
Stu, also raised in Pinner where he and Sam met at primary school, has been in the trade for 35 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of building services. He is a master craftsman who has the ability to work on and oversee a project ensuring the highest level of workmanship and customer service. Described by a recent customer as a “little genius” he can find solutions to any building issue.
